Dental Hygienist
LOCATION
Colorado Springs, COWe are seeking a skilled and motivated dental professional to join our growing team as we open a new location starting in December. This part-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a general practice setting and wants to contribute to a patient-centered environment built on quality care, teamwork, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a dependable team player who communicates well, works collaboratively with dentists and support staff, and takes pride in delivering excellent preventive and periodontal care. In this role, you will provide one-on-one care to patients, focusing on building trust, supporting oral health education, and ensuring a positive experience at every visit.
Typical appointment times are structured to allow for thorough, attentive care: 1 hour for adult prophy, 1 hour for perio maintenance, 2 hours for new patients, and 2 hours for two quadrants of SRP with each patient. Working with one patient at a time helps support high-quality treatment and efficient workflow. A 50-minute lunch break is provided, and private parking is available for convenience.
Responsibilities include performing hygiene procedures within the scope of practice, reviewing patient health histories, taking and recording appropriate clinical data, providing patient education, and supporting the overall clinical team in maintaining a smooth and productive schedule. Experience in a general dental office is preferred, and a professional, compassionate approach to patient care is essential.
This position offers a competitive pay structure depending on experience, along with a bonus system to reward performance and contributions to the team. Additional benefits include PTO and medical insurance.
