THE ROLE — WHERE YOUR PRESENCE MATTERS

This is a true chair-side role in a well-run, purpose-driven practice. The work is real: setup, assist, document, sterilize, support.

But great assistants do more than complete tasks.

There’s a big difference between mechanically following instructions and being truly in sync with the procedure, the doctor, and the team. The assistants who thrive here help everything around them feel organized, prepared, and under control.

You naturally think a step ahead. You enjoy being the person who already has the next thing ready before someone has to ask. You notice small things before they turn into distractions, and you step in to keep the day running smoothly.

In a practice like ours, that matters. It allows the clinical team to stay focused on patients instead of constantly stopping to double-check details or recover from preventable issues.

Patients are treated like people, not procedures—and assistants play a huge role in setting that tone. Some patients arrive nervous. Some are carrying stress from completely unrelated parts of life. All need someone calm and reassuring in the room. We value team members who can recognize those moments and respond with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.

We appreciate assistants who take pride in being steady, prepared, and trustworthy—the kind of person people stop worrying about because they know things will get handled.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Active RDA license

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (many of our patients prefer Spanish, and that matters to us)

• Strong chair-side experience—you’ve developed the confidence, awareness, and clinical rhythm to step in and contribute right away

• Strong people skills and a calm, professional presence

• The ability to stay organized, adaptable, and dependable throughout the day
