Dental Assistant – Join Our Growing Team at Arroyo Haven Dentistry
At Arroyo Haven Dentistry, we believe dentistry should feel collaborative, compassionate, and relationship-centered — for both our patients and our team. We are looking for a caring, motivated Dental Assistant who values connection, teamwork, and high-quality care.
Our office is continuing to grow and rebuild in a beautiful new space, and we are excited to welcome someone who wants to grow alongside us in a positive and supportive environment.
OUR STORY
Arroyo Haven Dentistry was built through resilience and community. After being impacted by the devastating Altadena fires, we made the decision not only to rebuild, but to create an even stronger and more patient-centered practice in our new office in South Pasadena. Our office is rooted in compassion, excellence, and a commitment to providing elevated care for every patient who walks through our doors.
WHAT MAKES OUR OFFICE UNIQUE
One thing that makes our office different is the level of support and growth we invest into our team. We work closely with a dental coach who helps guide and strengthen our systems, communication, leadership, and team culture. This support system is available to all team members and is designed to help each person grow both personally and professionally.
We believe that when our team feels supported, encouraged, and empowered, we can provide the highest level of care and experience to the families we serve.
