Duties:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays)
- Administer local anesthesia and Arrestin .Laser is a plus .
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide oral health instructions
- Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain a sterile working environment
- Document patient treatment and progress in electronic health records systems such as eaglesoft
- Maintain dental equipment and ensure proper sterilization protocols are followed
itero scan and patient education and co-diagnosing is a must .
Skills:
- Proficient in patient assessment and evaluation
- Familiarity with dental software systems such as Eaglesoft
- Knowledge of coding for dental procedures
- Ability to take vital signs and record medical documentation accurately
- Experience with CAD/CAM technology for dental restorations is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and dental team members
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical records
