Grinville Dental Clinic is seeking a confident, efficient, and clinically strong Part-Time General
Dentist to join our growing team in Griffin, GA. This role is best suited for a provider who thrives in a
fast-paced environment and is comfortable delivering both emergency and comprehensive care.
We are specifically looking for a clinician with strong proficiency in extractions and surgical
procedures who can confidently manage urgent cases and provide same-day treatment. This
position is ideal for a dentist who enjoys hands-on clinical work, high patient flow, and the
opportunity to perform a wide range of procedures.

Our practice is built around an after-hours model, serving patients who need care outside of
traditional schedules. We focus on efficiency, high case acceptance, and delivering immediate
solutions, creating a dynamic environment with strong earning potential.

Schedule
Part-time evening and weekend schedule:
• Tuesday through Friday: 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Compensation
• Weekday Evening Shifts: $700 daily guarantee OR 32% of collections, whichever is higher
• Saturday Shifts: $800 daily guarantee OR 32% of collections, whichever is higher
Compensation includes a guaranteed daily rate with the opportunity to earn additional income
based on collections.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Deliver high-quality general dentistry including fillings, crowns, bridges, and removable
prosthetics
• Perform surgical extractions and related procedures with confidence
• Provide emergency and same-day dental care
• Diagnose and manage dental pain, infections, and urgent cases
• Educate patients on treatment options and post-operative care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams to maintain efficient patient flow

What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong proficiency and confidence in extractions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience with dentures and restorative treatment planning
• Implant experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active Georgia dental license in good
standing. DEA license preferred.
