Full Time RDH

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental professional to join a private general dentistry practice that serves patients in a welcoming, efficient, and relationship-based environment. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who values high-quality care, strong clinical standards, and working in a streamlined solo-doctor setting supported by a dedicated team.

Our practice focuses on general dentistry with a patient base that includes PPO and private-pay individuals. You will work with one patient at a time, allowing you to provide thoughtful, personalized care and maintain excellent clinical standards throughout each appointment. Adult hygiene visits for established patients are scheduled for one hour, while pediatric hygiene appointments are scheduled for 30–40 minutes, supporting thorough care and meaningful patient education.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical ability and confidence using current dental technologies and systems. Experience with Dentrix is important, along with familiarity with Carestream, DEXIS, intraoral cameras, VELscope, and digital radiography. You should be comfortable taking and evaluating digital X-rays, performing comprehensive hygiene procedures, and contributing to the overall efficiency of a private practice environment. A professional, team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills are essential, as patient education and comfort are a priority in our office.

Clinical tools and technology available in the practice include Dentrix, digital radiography, and Cavitron units. We also provide the personal protective equipment needed to support a safe and compliant environment.
