Part-time dental assistant, with possible full-time in the future
Join a dynamic and patient-focused dental team as a part-time Dental Assistant! We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for providing high-quality dental care. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience and possess specialized skills in four-handed dentistry across all areas.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for various essential duties, including performing scans with CEREC, creating temporary crowns, packing cord, and taking x-rays and intra-oral photos. You will also prepare impressions, pour and trim models, fabricate vac down (essix) appliances, and ensure proper sterilization of instruments and operatories in compliance with OSHA standards. Your role will also involve educating patients on procedures and oral care, easing their fears, and providing clear post-operative instructions.
We offer competitive pay starting at $21.00 per hour, with final salary based on experience. Benefits, including Dental, Vacation, and Holiday pay, begin after a 3-month probationary period, along with health insurance options available at open enrollment.
