Join a growing dental team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern clinical environment. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a skilled dental professional who enjoys working in a General, Orthodontics, and PPO practice setting and values comprehensive treatment, efficiency, and strong patient relationships.
Our practice is a general dental office providing comprehensive dental care with updated and latest technologies available. The clinical environment is designed to support quality care and a smooth workflow, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent treatment while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. Parking is available in front of the office for convenient access.
In this role, you will see one patient at a time, giving you the opportunity to provide focused, individualized care. Appointment timing is structured to support thorough treatment and strong patient communication, with approximately 70–90 minutes for new patients, 60 minutes for recall visits with x-rays, and 45–60 minutes for recall visits without x-rays. A one-hour lunch break is provided, depending on the day.
Key responsibilities include taking x-rays, performing prophylaxis, and providing scaling and root planing. The ideal candidate should be confident in clinical execution, comfortable educating patients, and able to work efficiently while maintaining a positive chairside presence. A minimum of 1 year of experience is required.
The office is equipped with essential personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, and nitrile gloves, to help ensure a safe and well-prepared clinical setting. We are seeking someone who values teamwork, professionalism, and consistency in patient care.
This position offers negotiable compensation, along with a strong benefits package that includes PTO, medical insurance, and bonus opportunities. Because we are a growing practice, this role offers the chance to become part of an expanding team with room for long-term contribution and development.
