We invite you to join our small, boutique-style dental office in San Juan Capistrano, where our mission is to provide high-end, quality dentistry to each and every patient.

As a general dentist with over ten years of experience, I recently acquired this practice with a vision to elevate dental care. Our office predominantly accepts PPO insurances, allowing us to focus on delivering personalized dental experiences. Our patient flow allows for one-on-one interactions, typically spending an hour with each patient, which fosters deeper relationships and ensures comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality dental hygiene procedures, including scaling, root planing, and prophylaxis.
- Utilize intraoral photos and radiographs to educate patients about their oral health and treatment options.
- Provide exceptional patient care with a gentle demeanor, focusing on comfort and quality.
- Collaborate with our in-house periodontist and participate in promoting clear aligner therapy as part of our diverse service offerings.
- Encourage and support patients in establishing and maintaining effective oral hygiene routines.

Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a dental hygienist is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on patient education.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly and compassionately.
- Passionate about oral health and dedicated to fostering positive patient experiences.

Work Schedule and Benefits:
This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, with the expectation of at least one day per week, preferably two. Enjoy the advantage of a supportive workplace with ample parking available, along with three sick days as part of our benefits package.
