We are seeking a dedicated dental professional to join our general dentistry practice on a full-time basis while our current hygienist is on maternity leave. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong patient relationships, delivering excellent clinical care, and working in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
Our office is out-of-network with friendly patients and staff, and we are proud to use advanced technology throughout the practice. We strive to be the best dental office in our neighborhood by combining high standards of care with a welcoming atmosphere. Just as important, we value quality over speed. We schedule enough time for each appointment so you can provide thorough, thoughtful care without feeling rushed. You will see one patient at a time and typically spend about one hour with each patient, allowing you to focus on individualized treatment and education.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive preventive care and support the overall oral health of our patients. Responsibilities include performing professional cleanings, completing periodontal assessments, and delivering oral hygiene instruction that helps patients maintain healthy habits at home. You will also educate patients about treatment recommendations, preventive care, and the connection between oral health and overall wellness.
Additional responsibilities include assisting with patient records and treatment planning, ensuring accurate and organized documentation that supports continuity of care. Experience with local anesthesia is preferred, as it is an important part of delivering comfortable and effective treatment in our practice.
We are looking for a candidate who is dependable, compassionate, and confident in patient communication. The ideal team member will enjoy working in a general dental setting, appreciate well-structured appointment times, and take pride in providing excellent care with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset are essential, as you will work closely with both the clinical and administrative team to support a smooth and positive patient experience.
If you are a college-educated dental professional who values quality care, advanced technology, and a respectful work environment, we would be excited to welcome you to our team.
