Front Office Lead Position in Boutique Pediatric Dental Practice

We are a growing boutique pediatric dental practice with 2 locations: Solana Beach and South Carlsbad. We are looking for a front office lead with experience that can lead and organize our team and create a seamless and enjoyable experience for our patients and families.
This role may be ideal for you if:
1. You have experience with the following: Dentrix, verifying insurance and submitting claims, presenting treatment, and block scheduling.
2. You have strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively with children, their parents, and the dental team.
3. You have sharp administrative skills and have a proven track record in working independently and problem solving.
4. You have confidence and eagerness to help us grow.
5. You have a strong attention to detail, ensuring excellence at every level.
6. You value teamwork, trust and finding joy at work.
7. You LOVE kids and serving your community.
Job Type: Full-time 4.5-5 days a week
Pay: $30-35 per hour
