Coppell, TXWe are a periodontal and general dentistry based office seeking a dependable, compassionate dental assistant to join our small, close-knit team full time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and has a true passion for dentistry. We welcome candidates with minimal experience and are happy to provide training in periodontal surgery procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be reliable, and work well with others in a team-based setting. A solid understanding of general dentistry and infection control is important, along with a willingness to learn and grow in a supportive office environment. Because our team is small, being flexible, responsible, and attentive to detail is especially valued.
Daily responsibilities may include assisting chairside, preparing treatment rooms, supporting patient care, and maintaining cleanliness and infection control standards throughout the office. High school education is appropriate for this position.
We provide the necessary personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Our schedule includes a lunch break from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and Fridays run from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Compensation is based on experience and may vary accordingly.
