At our family-owned dental practice, which has proudly served the west side of Chicago for over 30 years, we are committed to providing exceptional care while treating our patients like family. With a team comprising five general dentists, an orthodontist, and a dedicated dental hygienist, we specialize in a wide range of services including fillings, root canals, crowns, veneers, dentures, and more. Our warm, respectful approach to patient care sets us apart, and we are excited to expand our dental family by adding another talented hygienist to our team.
As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring the oral health and well-being of our patients. Your responsibilities will include performing thorough dental cleanings, conducting patient assessments, educating patients on oral hygiene practices, and assisting our dentists in delivering comprehensive dental care. You will have the opportunity to engage with patients individually, spending an average of one hour with each patient, which allows for meaningful interactions and a focus on personalized care. Occasionally, you may see two patients at a time, providing a dynamic work environment that keeps each day engaging.
We value our hygiene staff and are dedicated to their professional growth and job satisfaction. After six months of employment, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonuses, paid time off, discounted dental work, and a scrub reimbursement plan. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $55 reflecting the experience and quality we seek in our team members. A minimum of 1-2 years in a dental hygienist role is required to ensure that you can confidently deliver the high standard of care our patients expect.
