As a key member of our dental team, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality care to our patients. Your tasks will include conducting thorough cleanings, providing preventive care, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices to promote optimal health. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments, including probing, charting, and X-ray analysis.
- Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as necessary, while educating patients on the importance of these preventive measures.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, dietary considerations, and the connection between oral health and overall wellness.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation complies with regulations and office protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the dentist and dental assistants to optimize patient experiences and treatment outcomes.
- Stay current with dental hygiene practices and participate in continuing education opportunities offered by the practice.

Qualifications:

- Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure to practice dental hygiene.
- Previous experience in a dental practice is preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and deliver high-quality care in a busy environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
