Front Desk/Patient Coordinator/Manager

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated front office professional to join our office. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to our patients, with a majority coming from PPO plans. As we expand, we seek a dynamic individual to help us enhance our front office operations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of front office experience in a dental front desk position. Familiarity with Open Dental software and proficiency in Spanish are preferred skills that will help you excel in this role. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, managing appointments, insurance verifications, and patient communications using Vyne scheduling software.

Our practice is conveniently located within a Kroger shopping center, offering ample parking for both employees and shoppers. Team members enjoy flexible lunch breaks and a supportive work environment conducive to professional growth.
