Requirements (because everyone has them, #amiright?)
- Must be a nice human
- Licensed Colorado hygienist (of course) - ideally 1 year or more of experience
- Experience with scaling and root planing, digital radiographs, and comfortable providing local anesthesia
- Hardworking and a team player not afraid to show it!

- Technology we use: digital charts (Dentrix) and radiographs (Dexis), CT scans, intra- and extra-oral photography, digital smile designs, 3Shape (Trios) intra-oral scanner, same-day crowns using our Cerac CAD/CAM mill, and Pearl AI.

Don’t worry, we grade on a sliding scale… except for the jokes. We take those seriously. ;) Be sure to send your cover letter with those items because if you don’t, we'll take that as a sign that it's not the perfect fit since we're kind of big on attention to detail.

Also, you should know that our hiring process is longer and slower than many other offices. We are looking for the right fit for our team, and it takes time to get to know someone. We usually have 2-3 meetings (including a paid working interview) before we consider making a job offer. If working on a team that hires with intention – not just to fill a position – sounds appealing, we could be a great fit!
