Treatment Coordinator

Our private practice in North Austin is looking for a bubbly & confident individual with at least 1 year of dental admin experience! If you are looking for a new dental home and want to be a part of an awesome team with a stellar practice culture, you have found the right place!

The Treatment Coordinator is a full-time position at the heart of our dental practice! As part of our team, you must be a self-starter, with a positive, energetic, and upbeat attitude. Our Treatment Coordinator may be the first and/or last to interact with our patients as they enter and exit the practice, so excellent customer service is a must!

This amazing team member will be organized, knowledgeable, have excellent communication skills and is willing to participate a TEAM! Experience with Open Dental is preferred!

As the Treatment Coordinator, some of the responsibilities of this awesome team member are:

· Meeting and greeting our patients (in person and on the phone!)

· Focusing on patient interactions with excellent customer service

· Scheduling to a daily goal

· Insurance verification and coordination

· Presenting Treatment Plans and financial opportunities confidently

· Recare management

· Experience with Open Dental preferred.

· Experience with Dental Intelligence preferred
