This growing location is a unique two-dentist practice in an FFS and PPO location. We are a fully digital office offering the latest in dental technology, are equipped with a pano/ceph, and offer 2- 3 operatories and a dedicated team of dentists. If you are a General Dentist who wants to provide a wide variety of dental treatments with autonomy and the ability to have an FT predictable schedule with weekends off. What You’ll Do as a General Dentist

Deliver a full spectrum of dental services, including restorative dentistry, endodontics, extractions, implants, Invisalign, and oral sedation.
Lead a collaborative team of hygienists and dental assistants in delivering outstanding patient care.
Expand your expertise in comprehensive dentistry, including crown & bridge, removable prosthodontics, implants, oral surgery, and even aesthetic treatments like Botox and fillers!
Work in a patient-centric, dentist-led practice with support from some of the best clinicians in the industry.

Competitive Compensation: Start with a guaranteed salary for the first six months, followed by a tiered commission structure. Total potential earnings can range from $250,000 to $350,000 annually.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience: At least 3-5 years of clinical experience, with a desire to perform a wide range of dental procedures.
Leadership Skills: Leading a team and collaborating effectively with hygienists and dental assistants.

We are looking for a passionate General Dentist who is committed to delivering the highest standard of care to our patients, and is comfortable working in a two-doctor practice.

Requirements:

Valid and current DDS or DMD license in the state of Colorado.
Active DEA
Minimum of 3 years of experience in general dentistry, focusing on restorative and diagnostic care.
Invisalign Certification or willingness to be certified
Strong clinical skills and experience with a variety of dental treatments.
Proven ability to lead a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A keen business acumen and the desire to contribute to the practice’s growth and success.
Ability to stay organized and maintain high professionalism at all times.
