Front Office Treatment Coordinator

We are a growing Multi-Specialty Private Dental Practice seeking a dedicated, patient-focused dental professional to join our team full-time. Our multi-specialty office is committed to helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles through high-quality care, advanced technology, and a supportive team culture. Our practice offers modern digital dentistry, including CEREC in-office crowns, iTero Invisalign scanning, and laser dentistry. These advanced tools help us provide efficient, comfortable, and precise care. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about working in a progressive practice and who values delivering excellent clinical and patient communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience and feel confident in treatment plan presentations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will play an important role in helping patients understand their oral health needs and treatment options. A commitment to quality care, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach are all important for success in this role.

This is a Part-Time or Full-Time position with Weekend availability required. We offer a 1-hour lunch break each day and a full benefits package. Compensation is $30–$40 per hour, based on experience.

Convenience is also part of our workplace environment, with a free private parking lot available for both patients and staff directly in front of our dental suite.
