ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a fast-moving, patient-focused dental practice in Dallas looking for someone who brings energy, ownership, and genuine warmth to work every single day. This is not a seat-warmer position. You will be the face of our practice — the first voice patients hear and the reason they say yes to investing in their smile.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
• Greet every patient with a genuine smile and professional energy — first impressions define our practice
• Present and close treatment plans with confidence; help patients understand the full value of their care
• Review the schedule proactively — fill gaps by calling pending treatment and moving patients up when openings arise
• Verify insurance benefits accurately and communicate coverage clearly to patients before their appointment
• Track all pending treatment and follow up consistently until it is scheduled
• Call patients after procedures to check in on their recovery
• Document all patient interactions and treatment notes clearly and thoroughly in Dentrix
• Spot problems before they become fires — and solve them without being asked
• Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish to serve our entire patient community

• You are a natural communicator who can build trust quickly and handle objections calmly
• REQUIRED: You are fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• REQUIRED: You know Dentrix inside and out
• REQUIRED: You understand dental insurance — PPOs, breakdowns, and maximums do not intimidate you
• You are proactive: when you see a gap in the schedule, you fill it
• You take pride in follow-through — nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
• You genuinely care about patients and it shows in every interaction
• Dental office experience is strongly preferred
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE DETAILS
Pay Rate: $18 – $24 per hour, depending on experience.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 or 4:00 PM. Patient hours run 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM with no scheduled lunch break — we run an efficient, streamlined schedule that our team loves.
Saturdays: A select number of Saturdays are required. Our last scheduled Saturday is July 25, 2026.
