TG Orthodontics is a modern, growing, high-tech, high-touch boutique orthodontic practice in Marlboro, NJ. We're looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and team-oriented Full-Time Orthodontic Assistant to join our incredible team!
We believe orthodontics is about more than straightening teeth—it's about creating confidence, building relationships, and making every patient feel special.
What You'll Do
Provide exceptional, personalized care to our patients.
Assist the doctor and clinical team with orthodontic procedures.
Help create a positive, fun, and comfortable patient experience.
Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.
Work collaboratively with an amazing team that values excellence, growth, and a positive culture.
Learn and utilize innovative orthodontic technology and digital workflows.
What We're Looking For
A current and active New Jersey RDA license is REQUIRED.
We are looking for someone who is:
Friendly, energetic, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
Passionate about patient care and delivering an exceptional experience.
A reliable, motivated team player with a positive attitude.
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn new technologies.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, technology-forward environment.
Experienced in orthodontics or eager to grow their orthodontic skills.
Previous orthodontic experience is preferred, but the right attitude, work ethic, and commitment to patient care matter just as much!
