We are a well-established, highly respected, state-of-the-art dental practice in Walnut Creek seeking a motivated, personable, and highly organized Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our exceptional team.

This position will primarily focus on general dentistry, with opportunities for training and advancement into cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, and full-mouth reconstruction.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with patients and understand their treatment needs, concerns, and goals.
Present treatment plans clearly, confidently, and compassionately.
Explain treatment fees, insurance benefits, financing options, and payment arrangements.
Help patients overcome financial and scheduling barriers to receiving recommended treatment.
Proactively follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment.
Maintain accurate records of treatment presentations, follow-ups, and pending cases.
Coordinate closely with doctors, scheduling coordinators, and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Work toward case acceptance and collection goals while maintaining exceptional patient care.

Previous dental front office or treatment coordination experience preferred.
