We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our general family practice. Our practice prides itself on delivering quality care in a relaxed and caring environment, ensuring our patients receive the best possible experiences during their visits.

This part-time opportunity arises due to the retirement of our current dental hygienist, creating a wonderful chance for a driven professional to step in and make a positive impact on our patients' lives. In our multi-doctor, private practice, you will work closely with a team of professionals committed to fostering a comfortable, supportive atmosphere for both staff and patients.

As our Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for a range of essential duties, including but not limited to:

- Providing exceptional patient care through thorough assessments such as periodontal and oral cancer screenings.
- Conducting prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and implementing Arestin therapy.
- Administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide while monitoring patient comfort throughout procedures.
- Educating patients on oral hygiene best practices and creating personalized oral hygiene instructions to enhance their overall dental health.

We value continuing education and believe in equipping our team with the tools they need to excel. You will be provided with personal protective equipment (PPE), including nitrile gloves and regular masks, to ensure a safe working environment. Our office also utilizes advanced technologies such as digital radiography, iTero, and dental software programs like Dentrix and Eaglesoft.
