What You’ll Do

* Convert warm leads from marketing campaigns into scheduled consultations
* Call, text, and email prospective patients with empathy, professionalism, and confidence
* Educate patients about Full Arch and implant treatment options (training provided)
* Qualify leads to ensure they are ready for clinical consultations
* Maintain timely and consistent follow-ups in our CRM to keep patients engaged
* Coordinate with the Treatment Coordinator and clinical team to ensure seamless patient handoff
* Track and report lead performance metrics; actively share feedback to improve conversion rates
* Represent the practice with warmth, professionalism, and excellent communication at all times

Applicants:

* Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
* Driven, compassionate, and motivated by helping people make informed healthcare decisions
* Experience in dental front office or patient communication roles required; implant or surgical dentistry experience preferred.
* Excellent communicator with strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills
* Comfortable handling follow-ups, addressing objections, and meeting performance goals
* Organized, reliable, and proactive in managing a high volume of leads
