Job Title: Oral Surgeon (Part-Time, 1–2 Days per Month)

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our team on a part-time basis (one to two days per month with growth potential). This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated Oral Surgeon to provide surgical services within a modern, well-equipped general dentistry setting. This position would allow for growth within our practice as our Oral Surgery department grows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including but not limited to:
o Surgical and simple extractions
o Wisdom tooth removal
o Dental implant placement
o Bone grafting and minor pre-prosthetic procedures
• Conduct patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate effectively with general dentists and clinical staff to ensure continuity and quality of
care.
• Maintain accurate charting and progress notes, through thorough clinical documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Provide patient education and postoperative care instructions.
Qualifications:
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
• Active and unrestricted dental license in the State of Georgia.
• Current malpractice insurance coverage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
Compensation and Schedule:
• Part-time: 1–2 days per month (flexible scheduling available).
• Competitive compensation structure (percentage-based or per diem; negotiable).
• Fully equipped facilities with digital imaging, CBCT, and trained support staff.
