RDA / Dental Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant / RDA to join our dynamic dental clinic. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our dental team by providing exceptional patient care and assisting with various clinical procedures. This position requires a strong understanding of dental practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Prepare treatment rooms, including sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary equipment.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Maintain accurate medical records using PMS (Curve Dental).
Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Utilize 3D scanners for imaging purposes when required.
Provide support in various specialties including Endodontics, General Dentistry, Pediatrics, and more.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency.
Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant in a dental clinic is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with PMS softwares.
Knowledge of infection control standards and practices is essential.
Experience with 3D scanning technology is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
