Office description:
Love Brushing Dentistry is a modern, fast-growing private practice located in Houston, Texas, conveniently positioned along I-10 with strong visibility and accessibility.

Our team is known for a collaborative, fast-paced, and detail-oriented environment that prioritizes ethical care, patient relationships, and clinical excellence. We foster a positive, family-oriented culture where providers are supported in growing both clinically and professionally.

Hours of Operation:
• Monday: 7:50 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:50 AM - 3:00 PM (Option of a 15-minute break)
• Ortho Thursday: 7:50 AM - 5:45 PM (1-hour lunch), closed on Friday, Saturday (1 Thursday per month)
• Three Saturdays per month: 7:50 AM - 3:00 PM (Option of a 15-minute break)- Closed on Thursdays when we are open on Saturdays.
• Sunday: Closed
NOTE: to summarize you always have one long weekend per month (Friday, Saturday and Sunday right after ortho day) and you only work two Saturdays of the month (but when you are not working on Saturday, instead you are working on Thursday)
NOTE: please expect that you might finish 30 minutes later than your finish time due to patient’s needs.
NOTE: for breaks (not leaving the office)

Benefits:
• You will be covered by Workers Compensation Insurance, which will provide for medical care and some lost wages if you were to suffer an injury resulting from work. It does not cover any injury or illness that happens outside of work. If you become injured or ill as a direct result of your work, you will need to inform your supervisor / doctor immediately for the Workers Compensation Insurance to be effective.
• You will receive 401K benefits after being 1 year with love Brushing Dentistry (we will match your contributions to your 401K dollar for dollar for the 3% of your paycheck and $0.50 per dollar for the next 2% of your contributions. You can contribute more than 5% by yourself to the maximum yearly allowed by government.)
• You will receive 2 weeks (10 days) of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year, building your PTO as you work with us. After three years of employment, you will receive an additional week to have a maximum of 3 weeks (15 days) of PTO per year. If you are requesting for more than one day of PTO, the request form needs to be submitted to your supervisor (Dr. Khavari) 4 weeks prior to the start of your PTO.

Fillings • Inlays/Onlays • Crowns • Bridges • Digital Scanning • Design • Milling • Cementation Assistance

TIER 5 — +$1/hr
Orthodontic Assisting
Brackets • Wires • Power Chains • Elastics • Expanders • Ortho Documentation & Patient Education

TIER 6 — +$1/hr
Extractions & Surgical Assisting

Raises are not based simply on seniority or attending training. Each skill increase is earned by demonstrating that you can perform the required responsibilities independently, correctly, consistently, and according to our clinical standards and your legal scope of practice.

Most tiers require successful completion of 10 qualifying patient cases and verification of competency.
