We're hiring a part-time RDH ready to own their chair, build real patient relationships, and earn accordingly.

Schedule - Part-time Monday & Friday

What We're Looking For

Active Texas RDH license in good standing
Strong clinical and periodontal diagnostic skills
Warm, confident communicator with patients of all ages
Team-oriented, self-directed, and detail-oriented
Laser certification a plus or we'll support you in obtaining it

$48-$55/hour base pay
15%-17% production incentive over goal
