We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Hygienist to join our close-knit team of five, which includes a dental assistant, DDS, and office manager. Our practice services a diverse range of specialties, including General Dentistry, Periodontics, Orthodontics, and operates with both PPO and Private patients. This is an outstanding opportunity for a skilled hygienist looking to take on a leadership role in a burgeoning practice that is eager to scale in the coming months.
Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the dental field, bringing with them expertise in patient care and a commitment to fostering a relaxing and engaging environment for our clients. We are seeking a professional who excels in clinical skills, patient education, and has a passion for building strong relationships with patients and team members alike. Additionally, the ability to adapt to our evolving practice dynamics and a keen eye for detail will be crucial as we work to deliver a five-star experience to all.
We value a collaborative and warm atmosphere, where team members are encouraged to contribute ideas and take part in the growth of the practice. With generous onsite parking, a one-hour lunch break, and all necessary personal protective equipment provided, we prioritize the well-being and comfort of our staff.
While we are building our benefits package, we are committed to offering competitive compensation at $65 per hour, along with performance-based bonuses as we grow.
