We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our esteemed boutique dental practice. Our office exemplifies a unique approach to patient care, focusing not only on dental health but also providing an exceptional patient experience. Our services primarily include cosmetic dentistry, veneers, full mouth rehabilitations, implants, and whitening. With the opening of a new location, we are excited to expand our team and invite you to be a part of our journey.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will play a critical role in ensuring our patients receive top-notch care. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough dental cleanings and examinations, spending one hour on recare visits and one and a half hours for new patient assessments.
- Building rapport with patients, emphasizing the importance of oral hygiene, and tailoring your approach to meet diverse patient needs.
- Collaborating closely with our single-doctor team to deliver an outstanding patient experience that aligns with our practice’s philosophy.
- Educating patients on oral health practices to enhance their understanding and involvement in their dental care.

Qualifications:

- A degree in dental hygiene from an accredited institution is required. Experience will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing the necessary personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex and nitrile gloves, N95 masks, and regular masks, to maintain the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
