High Producing Associate Position

We are seeking an experienced general dentist to join a growing, modern dental practice serving a general, PPO, and private patient base. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who values comprehensive care, strong clinical autonomy, and a well-supported practice environment. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a dentist who is confident in delivering high-quality treatment while contributing to a collaborative office culture.

This role requires at least 2 years of experience and a strong skill set in general dental procedures, including extractions, endodontics, crowns, bridges, and other routine restorative and surgical treatments. Additional experience with bone grafting, surgical extractions, implants, Invisalign, dentures, prophylaxis support, and comprehensive patient management is highly valued. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with dental charting, patient records, scheduling, and maintaining efficient clinical workflows. Familiarity with Open Dental, Carestream, Kodak systems, iTero, and intraoral camera technology is preferred.

You will be working in a digital, paperless 5-operatory office equipped with an iTero scanner, CBCT, digital sensors, touchscreen monitors, and intraoral imaging technology. We maintain a streamlined, modern environment designed to support excellent diagnostics and efficient treatment planning. Our practice does not participate in Medicaid, DMO, or HMO plans, allowing us to focus on high-quality care for PPO and fee-for-service patients.

We provide a full range of personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, to support a safe and professional clinical setting. Private parking is available for added convenience. A 1-hour lunch break is included in the workday.

Compensation is structured as either a $800 daily minimum or 33% of production, whichever is greater. We also offer a 401(k) plan with a 3% employer match to support long-term financial planning.
