Treatment Coordinator/ Office Manager

LOCATION

We are looking for a skilled Office Manager who is looking for a HOME, and long-term stability in one’s career…one that offers both responsibility and future growth.

That being said, the experience required is a minimum of 5 years’ experience with skills in:

Managing and training office personnel;

Able to skillfully perform treatment plan interviews and know how to educate and obtain good acceptance with use of financial tools, such as credit cards, Care Credit, Lending Club, etc.

Experienced at all major aspects of the front office to train other front office personnel, e.g., insurance verification and billing, answering the phone to covert new patients and schedule them, in summary, able to train and oversee front office staff to perform and run a smooth practice.

Understanding and use of dental software system (Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, etc.)

Education background in the field of dentistry. On the job experience, training and handling of personnel, basics in dental marketing, i.e., building new patients…ad words, direct mail, internal referrals from high patient experience, etc.

Skill and use in proper scheduling of patients for efficiency; knows procedures and how to schedule for coordinated production and efficient time for doctor.

Administrative skills to put systems in place, such as supply ordering and inventory to keep proper stock levels so production and procedures are not interrupted.

Needs to have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

Skills

Experience as an Office manager or Administrative assistant
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Can multitask when necessary
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
High School degree; additional education is not mandatory, but an “added” attribute!
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
