We are seeking a motivated and organized Front Office team member for our solo-provider private dental practice. Our office focuses on delivering high-quality preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental services, and we take pride in creating a positive experience for our patients. In this full-time role, you will be an essential part of our small yet impactful team, assisting in various front office duties while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include appointment scheduling, patient charting, and providing exceptional customer service. Familiarity with dental terminology and experience using Dentrix is preferred, as you will manage patient records, follow-up appointments, and treatment planning. You'll also assist with infection control protocols, inventory management, and patient education.
