Are you a motivated professional with a passion for customer service? We are seeking an enthusiastic front office team member to support our thriving dental practice, which encompasses a diverse range of specialties including General Dentistry, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, Endodontics, and more.
In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our patients. Your responsibilities will include managing check-ins, gathering patient information, and assisting with daily administrative tasks using Practice-Web. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of front office experience, particularly in a dental setting, to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care.
Our practice, led by Dr. Teresa Bello Burgos, is committed to improving lives one smile at a time, and our team plays a crucial part in that mission. You will benefit from parking availability, personal protective equipment, and a 1-hour lunch break every day. We encourage multitasking, and there is potential for advancement if you possess dental knowledge.
