Our family-owned office has proudly served the Hemet community for over five years, establishing trust with a diverse patient base that includes families, children, and long-term patients. With six operatories and a steady influx of new and returning patients, we’re dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture built on respect, communication, and professional growth.

As a general dentist at our practice, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills across a broad range of dental services, including preventative care, restorative dentistry, oral surgery, pediatric care, emergency dentistry, and more. Our team values professional development, and we pride ourselves on using modern technology to ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of care.

What We Are Looking For:

- Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills, with a focus on patient-centered communication.
- Proficiency in restorative dentistry, including amalgam and composite restorations, crowns, and fixed prosthodontics.
- Experience in emergency dentistry, simple and surgical extractions, and comfort working independently with a support staff.
- Familiarity with pediatric patients and orthodontics is a plus!
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience is preferred, but we also welcome new graduates who are eager to learn and grow.

What We Offer:

- Competitive daily rate or percentage of production, whichever is higher ($100–$400 per hour, negotiable based on experience).
