Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet new and returning patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phones, check office voicemails, and check and respond to office email and texts.
• Confirming patient appointments via phone or text.
• Schedule appointments and manage providers schedule.
• Oversee hygiene recall and help to ensure a full schedule.
• Collect and maintain accurate patient information and records.
• Check in patients upon arrival and collect any necessary payments.
• Coordinate communication between patients, dentist, and staff.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year in a previous dental role is required.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology.
• Treatment planning experience highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills – both on the phone and in person
• Comfortable with dental software and learning new systems.
• Loves creating a welcoming environment for patients and team alike.
• Enjoys working closely with a supportive, fun and purpose-driven team.
