Are you a passionate and skilled dental hygienist looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity? Our general and cosmetic dental practice, comprising a multi-doctor setup, is seeking to welcome a motivated professional to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting time to step into our office as we are looking to fill this role due to the retirement of our current hygienist.
In our practice, we focus on providing exceptional dental care to our patients while fostering a welcoming and supportive environment. With a strong emphasis on preventive care, you will play a crucial role in promoting oral health through effective patient education and treatment.
As a part-time dental hygienist, you will experience the satisfaction of working one-on-one with patients, spending an average of 60 minutes on recall visits and 90 minutes with new patients. Your expertise will be essential as you perform a variety of important procedures, including:
- Prophylaxis and scaling & root planning
- Antimicrobial placement and Arestin therapy
- Nitrous oxide administration and monitoring
- Oral cancer and periodontal screenings
- Patient education and oral hygiene instruction
Our office is equipped with the latest technology, including Dentrix, DEXIS, intraoral cameras, iTero, NOMAD Pro, and digital X-rays, ensuring that you have the tools necessary to deliver the highest standard of care. We provide comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, goggles, latex gloves, and regular masks, to ensure your safety and that of our patients.
