Seeking an endodontic assistant for a busy specialty office. We offer a fun yet professional atmosphere with patient care as our top priority. We have an awesome office with an amazing doctor. Looking for a friendly upbeat person to join our team. Must be flexible and work as a team player (no drama please). Experience in endodontic treatment is helpful but not a requirement. A "can do" attitude and willingness to show initiative and learn is important with this position. Responsibilities:

Prepare exam rooms for appointments by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready for the dentist.
Assist dentist during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating needs throughout the appointment.
Take and process digital X-rays of patients including cone beam - CBCT scans.
Update and maintain client's dental records.
Handle general clinic administrative work and maintenance of exam rooms and the dental office.
Knowledge of Sensei dental software and CareStream imaging is a plus.
Requirements

Knowledge of dentistry, particularly Endodontic dental procedures & instruments.
Experience administering dental X-rays.
Technical skills and proficiency with dental, scheduling, office and other software.
Customer service and communication skills to ensure patients feel comfortable during appointments.
Organizational and multi-tasking skills, general office aptitude.
Reliability, trustworthiness and dependability are required.
