Duties Include (but are not limited to):
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Conduct routine examinations and diagnose dental conditions.
Execute restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, and bridges.
Maintain accurate documentation and records for all patient interactions.
Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Work with patients to ensure their comfort and understanding during treatments.
Collaborate with the dental team, including dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff, to enhance patient care and office efficiency.
Currently, most aspects of General Dentistry are offered. However, we are seeking to expand with additional services offered by the Associate Dentist (whether already known or by a willingness to learn)
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license in good standing.
Strong understanding of documentation practices and medical terminology.
Excellent patient care skills with a focus on building rapport with patients of all ages.
Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dentistry is essential.
Ability to assess patient needs effectively and provide appropriate treatment options.
