We are a privately-owned dental practice located in Lawrenceburg, KY, dedicated to providing exceptional dental care for patients of all ages. Our practice, established by Dr. Cropper in 1994 and now led by her, is committed to treating everyone like family. With a strong focus on community, most of our staff reside locally and share our mission of delivering the highest quality of dental care.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our full-time team. As a vital member of our practice, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills in a warm, supportive environment while positively impacting our patients' oral health.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough oral hygiene assessments and provide prophylaxis and periodontal treatments.
- Administer local anesthesia and monitor nitrous oxide as needed for patient comfort.
- Educate patients of all ages on oral hygiene techniques and best practices for maintaining dental health.
- Utilize advanced equipment, including Dentrix Ascend, DEXIS, and iTero, to deliver high-quality care efficiently.
- Collaborate with our experienced dental assistant to ensure effective patient management and a smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Hygienist is required.
- CPR certification and expertise in dental charting.
- Proficient in calculus removal, gingivitis treatment, and pediatric hygiene.
- Strong interpersonal skills for patient interaction and education.

We take pride in maintaining a modern facility equipped with up-to-date technology and safety protocols, including personal protective equipment (PPE), such as goggles, latex and nitrile gloves, and masks. Our standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Each hygienist will see two patients simultaneously, optimizing efficiency while ensuring personalized care.

Benefits:

We are a general dental practice and see patients of all ages. Most of our staff live in our community and our mission statement is to treat everyone as we would our family and friends.

We maintain up-to-date equipment and work diligently to give all our patients the highest quality of care.
