FT Dental & Lab Assistant

We are seeking a full-time dental assistant to join our growing general, multi-doctor practice serving patients with Medicaid and PPO coverage. For more than 30 years, our team has been committed to helping patients feel comfortable, respected, and cared for. We are known for providing a compassionate, judgment-free environment, especially for patients who have struggled with dental anxiety or special needs. Our office proudly serves Special Needs Adults and offers sedation dentistry to support their comfort and treatment success.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and a high school education, along with strong chairside skills and a patient-first attitude. Required experience includes iTero scanning, CEREC crown fabrication, and compassionate care for special needs adults. Additional skills such as Alginate Impressions, Dental Charting, Sterilization, X-rays, Insurance Verification, Treatment Planning, and CPR certification are highly valued. Experience with Dentrix Ascend, Intraoral Camera use, Digital Radiology, and four-handed dentistry is also a plus. Cross-training is helpful but not required.

This role offers PTO, medical insurance, a retirement plan, bonuses, and open pay based on experience. The schedule includes a 45-minute lunch break, and parking is available.
