We are looking for an impactful, kind, caring Dental Hygienist for our state-of-the-art family and cosmetic dental practice, Flatirons Family Dental and Orthodontics, located in Superior, Colorado. This full-time position, working 4 days/week, offers an ideal work-life balance. We work Monday-Friday, alternating our Monday and Friday, so each week you only work 4 days a week.
We have a more intimate team that works very well together and enjoys what we do. Our doctor is soft-spoken, knowledgeable, and kind-hearted. We strive to apply the principles of trust, integrity, honesty, respect, and commitment. Our dental hygiene team works a single-column, non-accelerated schedule and does not have sales quotas. Base Wage: $55 to $65 per hour

Hygiene Ownership Opportunity: Eligible hygienists are allowed to own Peak Dental Services. As an owner-hygienist, you will receive wealth accumulation opportunities on the same terms as our owner dentists.
