About the Practice
We are a well-established, growing dental practice with a reputation for exceptional patient care and a supportive, team-focused work environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced dentists and recent dental school graduates looking to advance their careers.
Our current clinic includes:
1 Dentist
2 Dental Assistants
2 Hygienists
7 Fully Equipped Operatories
2,500–3,200 patient encounters annually
Average 1.7 patients per hour (13.6 per full day)
Expansion plans: New clinic opening March 2026 and another in 2027 — an ideal time to grow with us!
Schedule & Hours
Clinic Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Requirements:
Available for 1–2 evening shifts (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) per week
Every other Saturday (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) rotation
Compensation & Benefits
W2 Great Benefits Package,
Medical, Vison, Dental, Short term long term disability first $25,000 at no cost, 401k and 6% match
Starting Salary: $170,000
New Grad Salary: $130,000–$140,000
Quarterly incentive program based on production goals
10 paid holidays
Loan Forgiveness Program (FQHC eligible) after 2 year commitment 66% of the loan, after 3 year commitment 85%,
10 paid holidays
PTO 2 weeks every year acre 4-8 hours over time each pay period
