A well-established, community-focused dental organization is seeking a motivated General Dentist to join its growing team. This is an incredible opportunity for both experienced providers and recent graduates who are eager to develop their skills in a supportive, collaborative environment—with mentorship, stability, and career growth built in.
ABOUT THE PRACTICE
This high-volume, patient-centered clinic provides comprehensive care in a modern and well-equipped setting, featuring:
- 7 fully equipped operatories
- 1 Dentist, 2 Hygienists, and 2 Dental Assistants
- 2,500–3,200 patient encounters annually
- Average 1.7 patients per hour (~13–14 per full day)
- Strong expansion plans: two new clinics slated to open in 2026 and 2027—an ideal time to join and grow with the organization
SCHEDULE & HOURS
- Core hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
- Availability for 1–2 evening shifts (10:00 AM–7:00 PM) per week
- Every other Saturday (8:00 AM–12:00 PM) rotation
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
💰 Starting Salary: $170,000+
🦷 New Grad Range: $130,000–$140,000
💵 Quarterly incentive bonuses based on production goals
🎓 Loan Forgiveness (FQHC eligible):
• 66% forgiven after 2 years
• 85% forgiven after 3 years
✨ Sign-On Bonus
🌴 PTO: 2 weeks annually (accrual of 4–8 hours per pay period)
