San Diego, CAWe are seeking a reliable and motivated dental assistant to join our growing general and private practice. Our high-tech, patient-oriented office has proudly served the community for over 16 years, with a strong focus on exceptional patient care and experience. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a supportive team environment and wants to continue building skills in a modern dental setting.
Responsibilities include assisting the doctor during a variety of procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, maintaining organized clinical areas, and helping ensure patients feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their visit. A good personality, the ability to effectively multitask, and a strong team-player attitude are essential for success in this role. Cross-training is not required, but it is a plus.
We value growth and learning, and we encourage employees to refine their existing skills while developing new ones. The position includes Holidays and PTO, with compensation based on experience. Additional workplace support includes free parking, a 1-hour lunch break, and access to PPE such as disposable gowns, face shields, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
A high school education is preferred. This is a great opportunity to join a practice that values professionalism, teamwork, and outstanding patient care.
