We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our vibrant pediatric dental office. Our practice prides itself on providing exceptional care to our young patients and their families. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in promoting oral health and ensuring that children have positive experiences during their dental visits.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for performing a variety of dental hygiene tasks, including conducting thorough examinations, cleaning teeth, applying fluoride and sealants, and educating both children and parents about proper oral hygiene practices. Your expertise will help to instill a lifetime of healthy habits in our patients while ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable environment.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene and hold a valid state license. Experience working in a pediatric setting is preferred, as understanding the unique needs of children is crucial in this role. You should possess excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to connect with our little patients, making dental visits as stress-free as possible.
In addition to your clinical skills, teamwork is essential in our office. You will collaborate closely with dentists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience. Our office values a culture of support and growth, and we encourage continuing education to help you advance your skills and knowledge in pediatric dentistry.
