We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and skilled Registered Dental Assistant to enhance our growing practice. As an integral part of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dental services while ensuring patient comfort and maintaining efficient clinic operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental assisting with expertise in chairside support, infection control, and patient care. Your responsibilities will include assisting dentists during various procedures in general dentistry, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry, all while fostering a smooth workflow. You will prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and adhering to aseptic techniques, ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Additionally, you will be tasked with taking and developing dental radiographs while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. Your proficiency in dental terminology and anatomy will aid in effective communication with patients and staff alike.
To qualify, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a dental clinic environment, familiarity with various dental practices, and an understanding of infection control protocols.
