We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our front office team in a dynamic dental practice encompassing General, Medicaid, PPO, and Private patient types. This part-time position is ideal for someone with at least three years of experience in a similar role, particularly in dental billing.
As a key member of our team, you will manage patient appointments, handle billing inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to our diverse patient base. Familiarity with Open Dental scheduling software is highly desirable, as it will be essential for your day-to-day activities.
We prioritize the safety and well-being of our team and patients; therefore, we supply comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, latex gloves, N95 masks, and nitrile gloves.
Our office offers a supportive environment with convenient parking available at the front. Enjoy a 30-minute lunch break during your shift while making a meaningful impact in our practice.
