Are you a passionate and skilled dental hygienist looking to make a meaningful impact within a well-established, family-oriented practice? Our dental office, with a rich history of serving the community since 1986, is seeking a dental hygienist three days a week (Monday - Wednesday) to join our friendly, supportive team.
At our practice, we pride ourselves on the trust and long-standing relationships we have cultivated with our patients over the decades. Many of our adult and geriatric patients have been with us for 35–40 years, underscoring the commitment to excellence and care we provide. You will be part of a collaborative environment, working with one other hygienist in our five well-equipped operatories, ensuring an efficient and organized workflow.
As a dental hygienist, you will be responsible for performing cleanings, dental X-rays, and thorough periodontal assessments. Your expertise in antimicrobial placement, calculus removal, oral hygiene instruction, and patient education will be vital in promoting optimal oral health. You will also utilize your skills in scaling and root planing, gingivitis treatment, and various treatment modalities such as Arestin therapy and fluoride treatment. Our team emphasizes the importance of patient recall and maintaining comprehensive patient records, so meticulous attention to detail will be essential.
We are committed to providing a safe working environment, equipping our team with comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, gloves, and N95 masks.
In addition to a nurturing office culture, we offer a competitive hourly rate of $55, alongside benefits such as paid time off (PTO), public holidays, 401(k) contributions, and health insurance. A one-hour lunch break is also included from 12 PM to 1 PM.
