We are currently seeking a full-time Treatment Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses a strong customer service background. Your role will be central to our mission as you build relationships with patients, manage appointment scheduling through Dentrix and Nexhealth, and assist with insurance inquiries. If you have prior receptionist or treatment coordination experience and an understanding of dental insurance processes, we would love to meet you!
Our ideal candidate is organized, high follow through, friendly, and ready to contribute positively to our workplace culture. We offer competitive pay rates ranging from $30 to $40 per hour, along with benefits that include paid time off, California sick leave, retirement plans, and medical/dental coverage.
